We are the technical team behind skin imaging in South Africa. Dermatologists, Mohs surgeons and aesthetic practices rely on us to keep their imaging systems working.

Founded by an engineer, run on professional ethics.
Lani Computer Engineering was founded in 2004 by Lani van der Walt, after ten years in the IT industry with computer resellers and internet service providers. Lani holds a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from the University of Pretoria, with a thesis in information security and cryptography.
Today we combine that engineering background with hands on support: we design the system, install it, and stay on to keep it running.
